Vedic Spa Policy
We value your business, and strive to delight you. We like to be more than reasonable in our dealings with our customers and partners. In order to help us serve you better, we ask that you:
i. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, so we do not have to shorten your service or delay the next customer
ii. Provide a 24 hour advance notice to cancel / reschedule your appointment, except in cases of documented illness.
iii. Tip: Please reward our associates for a job well done. While the industry standard may be 20%, we hope you don’t hold yourself back!
iv. We reserve the right to serve you, and assure you of a dignified response at all times.
We value the time of our associates as much as we value yours, and request that after two “no-shows”, you pre-pay at the time of appointment.
