Energy Facial - 75 minutes
Restores skin’s natural glow by activating facial energy points and removing blockages. Includes pre-treatment deep cleansing, and post-treatment finishing creme.

Ayurvedic Body Treatments

Individually customized body treatments using natural ingredients and proven wellness practices

Pedi Karma Foot Treatment - 50 minutes
Herbal foot cleansing followed by marma foot massage using warm ghee (clarified butter) or Anise lotion. Stimulation of vital foot marma points may relieve muscle aches and pains.
Shirodhara Oil Treatment - 45 minutes
A unique Ayurvedic therapy in which a steady stream of warm oil is gently poured over the forehead for deep relaxation of the mind, body and soul.
Udvartana Body Exfoliation - 50 minutes
A unique blend of herbs used for body exfoliation, followed by herbal body mask. Udvartana may help remove internal blockages, liquefy the fat tissue and make the skin soft & supple.
Abhyanga Body Massage - 30 minutes / 50 minutes
Deep tissue Ayurvedic body massage with warm herbal oils. Treatment may help relieve muscle pain, reduce body toxins and stimulate circulatory system.
